About Us

Founded by Jory Romano, Licensed Building Contractor and CEO, Reel Construction was built on a foundation of industry experience and financial expertise. Jory grew up in the construction industry, working alongside his father, and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida (Class of 2010).

In 2011, he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) where he managed high profile clients' portfolios, before eventually entering back into the Construction field. With Jory's unique background, this allows Reel Construction to manage projects with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency—ensuring budgets, timelines, and expectations are met.

Liz Romano, Chief Operating Officer, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2012 with a focus in Retail Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration.

With 15 years of experience in corporate buying, marketing, sales, and customer service, Liz oversees company operations and client communications, ensuring every construction project runs smoothly from consultation to completion.
